Trepidatious, I think is more accurate for me.

But I think the last two movies weak spot was trying to get into Jack Sparrow's head and unearth all his past.

I enjoyed all the movies so I'm pretty excited.

Oh, don't get me wrong. I loved all the movies. But the biggest rush of the first one was in the cave before the final duel when you realized there was a plan and he had played them all. :D

Then the writers, directors, and producers were like "everybody loves Jack, we'll give them more Jack!" to the point where we have Sparrow schizophrenia. I'm afraid this movie will be more of the same.

Ah. Well, yeah, this movie is a Jack movie, no Elizabeth or Will... but there is Barbossa and Gibbs.. I'm also really looking forward to seeing Ian McShane's Blackbeard. It just looks like an interesting concept.

I've loved Ian McShane since Lovejoy so him as a pirate will be a real treat.

I'll be there wearing the hat in the icon (if not my full pirate regalia), but they still have to prove it's a good movie to me.

I'm very excited, just hope that they do the franchise justice. Is it wrong that I'm also looking forward to the subsequent fanfiction this will produce? :)

I'm actually a mixture of excited and apprehensive. I just hope that they do the series justice and don't screw this one up. But, I do love me some Jack Sparrow!

Yep. I will miss Will and Elizabeth, but their stories are really kinda over.. especially with that coda that came after the credits on 3. I hope they manage to keep it more ensemble with the new additions of Penelope Cruz and Ian McShane (Penelope I'm not a fan of, but Ian is always awesome.) So I'm excited cause.. PIRATES! and yeah.. hoping this 4th one is good.

I am excited, I loved the first one, but I thought the last two were a bit slow for my taste. So here is hoping they pick up the pace a bit...

BTW-How are you enjoying all the new re-vamped zones in WOW?

Yay! Excited! What I've heard sounds interesting atleast!

Well, I've tried a gnome priest, but stopped when I got to Kharanos.. I have a hunter just enter Westfall and I gotta say, loved the changes to Northshire Abbey. Elwynn Forest wasn't that much different, but there's some nice little things that just make it better - the Hogger stuff was awesome.

I also made a little troll druid and tauren paladin.. the druid ran Ragefire Chasm, Deadmines, Wailing Caverns and Shadowfang Keep. Also took her through Durotar and the Barrens, there's some pretty cool stuff there. The changes in Ratchet are pretty cool! The tauren did Mulgore and omg at the starting area there... pretty cool end of zone quest with Baine too. Then I took her to Azshara and I swear, my nature loving heart (I seem to have this affinity for the nes, trolls, tauren..) was just broken by the goblins there. But I want to play a goblin sooooo badly now seeing Azshara.

The new Deadmines is pretty awesome. Same dungeon, but different mobs and bosses all through it.. and less to kill. So it goes way faster.
Ragefire Chasm has not changed at all that the quests are a lil different. Same ol same ol there. Wailing Caverns is the same. It's all the same really. Shadowfang Keep scares the crap out of me as a healer everytime I go in. Same dungeon, different mobs and bosses. The first boss is the scariest shit I've done as a lowbie. Healing him scares the crap out of me. I've been in a few times and god.. it seems like heroic. I keep losing people on him, no matter what I do.

I love all the changes I've seen though, I took some flight paths all over to check stuff out (omg hillsbrad almost made me cry running through southshore. - the plants versus zombies quest is awesome though - and same with checking out the ruins of auberdine). Jey picked up the 4 new pets that I found out about. Withers, Mr. Grubb, Singing Sunflower and the Tiny Flamefly. Got to see some interesting quests doing it too :)

I feel like I could spend forever re-exploring the world.. and there's still the actual expansion :)

How bout you?
