Day 22 - Favorite series finale - This is such a toughie.  I didn't feel resolved with Buffy or Angel's finales, though they were very good.  Firefly never got a finale.  Keen Eddie didn't get a finale.  I did enjoy Dollhouse's but I'm not sure if was my favorite.  Legend of the Seeker's was really good, even if it took two seasons to get something that was important in the first book!    The Sarah Connor Chronicles wasn't a series ender, it was a season ender and Fox broke my heart yet again (why do I like watching their shows if they're gonna do that..),   The O.C. had a good sendoff actually.  Even if it really lost its way into season 3..  Lost's wasy pretty good.  Both Stargates had no closure for me..Veronica Mars.. I wanted more.  I don't think I have a favorite series finale.  So yeah.  That's my answer to that.

Day 23 - Most annoying character

I have to give them credit for hard questions.

I enjoyed how BSG wrapped up with the hints that what happened before may all happen again ambiguity. Didn't like how Starbuck ended up being an angel being. That seemed like a cheat especially when she had just been visited by her own angel being in the form of her father. :p

Gargoyles "Hunter's Moon" arc technically isn't the end of the show, but Greg Wiseman only helmed the first episode of season three, so I don't count that season as being really Gargoyles. So "Hunter's Moon" was an epic finale.

I did like the finale of BSG! YES! I finished that a couple weeks ago with my husband. I agree, I disliked how they did that. I had wanted the conclusion that Kara's father was Daniel, one of the Number 7s.. and she was a cylon/human hybrid, it would've all made sense.. why she had the song, just like Hera, etc. So I was let down a little by her being some kind of angel thingy... so not a favorite again!

I never really watched Gargoyles.

They never said Daddy wasn't Daniel, so I still maintain he was.

And I think it was Sean from GWC who made it funny. "Lee's plan boring! So Kara was all 'I'm outta here.'" LOL

Gargoyles is well worth getting the DVD of the first season and the second season half Disney released. Fantasy novel in episodic television that NEVER dumbed anything down: including a thousand years of history, Shakespeare references, and various mythologies from around the world. And intelligent villains who develop just as much as the protagonists do!

Not to mention if you're a Trekkie at all, it's hysterical finding all the Star Trek actors in the voices. Patrick Stewert, Sir Patrick Stewart was the only one who didn't though not for lack of trying.

Actually... the BSG wiki says that Ronald Moore did specifically come out to say it wasn't. There was a Cult of Daniel that developed among fans supposedly. http://en.battlestarwiki.org/wiki/Number_Seven I didn't watch it back then though...

Yeah, I knew about the Trek actors on there :) Just one of those never got around to it things. Maybe some day.

Yeah, I think Lost is one of the more satisfying finales I've watched, but labelling it as my favorite out of all the shows I like.. that's harder to say. I could maybe chose between season finales.. but series.. I'm never totally happy with the way a series finale goes. Always too many open ends.

most of my series finales i don't remember. out of those that i do remember - First Wave did wrap up nice and convienently.... but Farscape, totally not. Forever Knight left a ton of questions as well.

out of all those, Lost would end up being my fave because it DID answer questions, and i remember it. hee!
